About us

Industrialised construction. Method, engineering and control.

Concreta / CVH-Precast operates through an integrated system where architecture, engineering, production and execution work as one coordinated process.

With our CVH-Precast system, we design, manufacture and assemble — in both Portugal and Spain.

About us

An industrialised system. Precision and control at every stage.

For most people, building a home is still a fragmented, unpredictable process that is hard to control. Multiple parties. Misaligned decisions. Execution driven by variables beyond your control. Concreta exists to replace that model.

We work through an integrated residential development system in structural concrete, where architecture, engineering, production and execution operate as one coordinated process. Each project stops depending on chance and starts depending on method, engineering and control.

Industrialised system

Structural production in a controlled environment, with technical precision.

Concrete structure

Elements designed for stability, durability and consistency.

Factory production

Manufacturing with dimensional control and consistent quality.

Structural precision

Execution based on calculation and applied engineering.

Full integration

Architecture and engineering coordinated from day one.

A patented structural concrete construction system

The CVH-Precast System® is our industrialised construction method: structural elements are defined, calculated and produced in a controlled environment before they reach the site. It integrates architecture, engineering and execution in one coordinated flow.

CVH-Precast System® — patented construction system

Industrial reinforced concrete

Structural elements in reinforced concrete, engineered and manufactured with precision.

Factory production

Manufacturing in a controlled environment with dimensional control and consistent quality.

Rigorous technical control

Definition, calculation and production before site work, reducing on-site surprises.

Integrated process

Architecture, engineering and assembly aligned within one construction system.

Process

A clear process. No surprises.

Construction stops being a chain of isolated decisions and becomes a structured technical system, with greater control over schedules, execution and quality.

Stage 1

BIM modelling

The project is developed digitally, ensuring full coordination between architecture and engineering. Clashes no longer happen on site. They are resolved beforehand.

Stage 2

Structural calculation

Each project starts with a full technical analysis. Structural solutions, foundations and buildability are defined. Before anything is built, everything is decided.

Stage 3

Manufacturing

Structural elements are factory-made through controlled industrial processes. Greater precision, consistent quality and less dependence on the building site.

Stage 4

Module assembly

We build the foundations based on the structural calculation. The concrete modules are transported and assembled by specialist teams. The house structure is completed quickly, precisely and under control.

Stage 5

Finishing

Once the entire house structure is assembled, 100% in concrete, we move on to the customised finishing phase, with better organisation, lower risk and greater predictability.

Warranty

Structures designed to last decades

Every structural element is defined, calculated and produced before reaching the site. Our CVH-Precast construction system is based on reinforced concrete, industrial production and rigorous technical control at every stage. This ensures structural consistency, stability and performance over time.

Our homes come with a 10-year warranty. A direct commitment to safety, durability and trust in the system.
